1. Minimum rental period. A minimum rental period of 3 nights applies. If the rental period is exceeded, the daily price applicable for that period plus an additional fee of €100,- will be charged per day. Returning every next day is again a fee of €100, - plus the day rent. Since it is usually not possible to provide a replacement camper to a subsequent renter, in the event of damage or late return of the rented camper, this victim can only claim a refund of the lost days. If due to force majeure the reserved camper cannot be delivered, the landlord will do his utmost to provide a replacement camper. However, no rights can be derived from this, the tenant is hereby obliged to accept a comparable alternative offered by the landlord.
2. Reservation / payment. When booking you must pay 35% of the rental amount, the remainder 65% must be in our possession no later than 30 days before the start date of the rented motorhome. The deposit must be paid no later than the day of collection. Definitive reservation is only effective after receipt of the first installment of 35%. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 working days, provided that all rental conditions have been met. Payments only by bank. Prices are subject to possible errors and include VAT.
3. Cancellation. Cancellation is only possible after this has been communicated to us in writing and confirmed by us after receipt. The date of receipt is the date of cancellation. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
4. In case of cancellation after down payment and 30 days (exclusive) before the start date of the rented motorhome, 35% of the total travel sum will be withheld.
5. In case of cancellation 30 days (inclusive) before the start date of the rented motorhome, the total travel sum will be charged. Of course, the deposit paid will be refunded.
6. Extension. In the event that you wish to extend the rental period, this must be reported to the landlord. Extension is subject to availability in the requested period and is only possible with the permission of the landlord.
7. Rent. The rental price includes: Unlimited mileage only applicable for miles driven in Spain and Portugal.
8. Kilometers driven outside Spain and Portugal are extra invoiced at €0.35 per kilometer.
9. All-risk insurance, deductible of € 900,-
10. 24-hour emergency and breakdown service.
11. Insurance. The landlord has taken out All-risk insurance for the camper. However, on behalf of the tenant, who indemnifies the landlord in this respect, damage to third parties, which for whatever reason is not reimbursed by the insurer, as well as a deductible of € 900,- per event for each individual damage. The insurance covers damage to third parties, occupants and theft of the car. Loss of car keys and theft of personal items are not covered. We therefore recommend that you take out personal travel insurance.
12. Drivers. According to our insurance, the driver must have reached the age of 25 years at least and be in possession of a valid driving license B for at least 3 years. Our campers may only be driven by the driver(s) stated in the rental contract
13. Use. The vehicle must be used as a camper and no more people may be transported with it than legally permitted. It is not allowed to use the camper to transport goods and the camper may not be handed over to third parties. Use the camper as if it were your property.
14. We rent our campers Alicante and Ardales for up to 4 people, camper Madrid for up to 2 people, camper Malaga and camper Denia and Chorro for up to 5 people.
15. Camper Chorro, camper Alicante and camper Ardales and camper Denia children of all ages are allowed.
16. Camper Madrid are for adults only.
17. The rental campers may only be used in Spain and Portugal.
18. The use of a Go Spain rental camper in a country other than Spain or Portugal is only permitted with the prior written permission of Go Spain.
19. Non-EU countries, such as Morocco, are excluded from visiting with a rental camper from Go Spain.
20. Delivery and return of motorhome. The delivery and collection of the motorhome is on our property, unless otherwise agreed. The time of return is between 8:00 and 10:00 and time for picking up is between 15:00 and 18:00, or by mutual agreement depending on your flight.
21. Return. The camper must be returned clean inside with an empty and clean toilet cassette, empty waste water tank, fuel tank same as you left, clean refrigerator, clean Safari BBQ / grill and a clean toilet / shower room. If you do not return clean, the costs will be charged. See point 19. We go through the inventory list with you before the rental period and also do this after the rental period. Damaged or missing items must be reimbursed by the tenant.
22. Reception. The tenant is obliged to check whether the camper has defects and / or damage when receiving the camper. This must be stated and signed directly on the issue form. Complaints afterwards will not be processed.
23. Replacement. If the tenant sends a replacement to pick up the camper, the landlord must be informed in advance. The replacement must provide the relevant documents, including the booking confirmation and a copy of the driver's license of the renter and of the replacement. This replacement enters into the obligations of the tenant at that time, as a result of which the tenant remains liable.
24. Hand in. The tenant must return the camper in the same condition in which he received it. This at the time and place as agreed in the rental agreement.
25. If, when returning the camper, the person who receives the camper is signed for receipt, this applies in all cases subject to unreported defects and damages and special events for which the owner may be held liable.
26. Shorter period. The later collection and / or return of the rented camper will never result in a refund of all or part of the rent.
27. ID. When picking up the camper, the tenant and all drivers must have identification by means of a valid driver's license, the renter / driver (s) agree to check their personal data and photocopy of driver's license / passport.
28. Maintenance. You should check the oil level regularly before starting the engine. Make sure that the oil level remains at the right level, possibly refilling with engine oil. Never overfill! Also check the tire pressure regularly.
29. Cost. Fuel + costs that are directly related to the use of the camper such as fuel, oil, repair and / or replacement of tires and / or rims or lighting (in case of unlawful use), fees, window breakage, fines, court costs and so on are at the expense of the tenant. Necessary costs of normal maintenance and repair are borne by the landlord. The camper is delivered with a fuel tank and you must return the camper with a fuel tank same as when you left. If you do not return the camper refueled, we will charge you € 25, - plus the fuel costs.
30. Deposit / own risk. The deposit per rental period is € 900,- The deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 days after returning a cleaned and damage-free camper and if our rental conditions are met. In case of damage or violations of road traffic legislation, this may take longer.
31. The landlord will hold the tenant liable for violations of road traffic legislation or corresponding provisions committed abroad during the rental period.
32. In case of theft of the camper during the rental period, the deposit will be fully withheld if the tenant has been negligent.
33. If it turns out that the deposit is not sufficient, the tenant will immediately pay the excess, determined by the landlord, above the deposit to the landlord. If necessary, final statement shall be drawn up for specification.
34. There is a deductible of € 900,- per event, which will be charged to the tenant in the event of damage at home and abroad.
35. Cleaning fee. You will receive a clean camper upon delivery and you must return this camper clean, cleared of all your own belongings and waste. If the inside of the camper has not been cleared of any items you have brought in, cleaned or cleared of waste, the following cleaning costs may be charged: Not clean, not cleaned of personal items and /or waste €50,-

38. Damage and repairs. In the event of any damage or defects, you must always report this immediately and consult with us about follow-up actions. This applies to damage caused by a traffic accident, as well as all other forms of damage or defects to a camper and / or accessories and interior. We need to know this as soon as possible in connection with making preparations and ordering parts for a repair as a next tenant would also like to receive the camper on time.
39. In the event of every collision, the local police must be called in and the tenant must take digital photos of the damage or have them taken. For every damage and damage, a European claim form must be completed in full. The tenant is obliged to limit the damage as much as possible and to follow the instructions of the landlord or the third party engaged by the landlord. The tenant undertakes to have the local authorities draw up a report or a police report of an accident, or at least to make an attempt to do so. The renter himself records the circumstances of the incident, the brands and license plates of any vehicles involved (insurance company and policy number), the names and addresses of the driver, other parties involved and any eyewitnesses And ensures that the landlord is handed this over at the latest when returning the camper.
40. The tenant is obliged to first consult with the landlord before the tenant has the damaged goods repaired or scraps and/ or relinquishes them
41. If an emergency service for the camper proves necessary abroad, the emergency service, as stated, must be called in.
42. Damage caused by filling a tank with the wrong liquid is entirely at the expense of the tenant.
43. The renter may only have necessary repairs up to €50,- carried out, this should preferably be done at a dealer of the brand camper. For repairs in excess of this amount, the landlord must first be contacted and approval requested at all times. Original and specified invoices in the name of the landlord will be refunded to the tenant (after presentation of the replaced defective parts) after the rental period has expired if they have not been caused by improper use or causes beyond the landlord's responsibility.
44. Minor repairs to the motorhome caused by the renter will be repaired by the lessor if possible and charged at the cost of recruitment, any costs of parts plus a rate of €20 per hour.
45. If the camper needs to be taken to a damage repair company or the camper dealer for repairs, an additional €150 will be charged for handling costs on top of the repair costs. (Including 4x there and back with 2 vehicles and 2 people, communication with companies, etc.)
46. Damage and costs not covered by the insurance, such as as as driving under the influence, driving and driving by unauthorized persons, seizure, drug transport, flooding, loss of the camper caused by or related to embezzlement or loss, destruction of the interior, radio / CD, TV / DVD, reversing camera, navigation system, awning, bicycle carrier, etc. are entirely at the expense of the tenant.
47. The renter is obliged to report the damage and defects known to him to the landlord when returning the camper.
48. The lessor is never liable for personal, material or immaterial damage of the tenant or his travel party, caused by the use of the camper, mechanical malfunction and / or collision damage. Or in case of vacation days not enjoyed due to breakdown, or repair of the camper. For this, the tenant must take out insurance himself.
49. It is prohibited: Abrasives and/or a high-pressure cleaner to be used for cleaning both inside and outside.
50. The camper overloaded.
51. To smoke in the camper (if you notice that there is smoking in the camper, this costs €500, -).
52. Use a deep fryer inside the camper.
53. Pets to bring without consultation.
54. Give the camper to others in use or sublet it.
55. Driving the camper through rough terrain or off the beaten track.
56. Make changes, additions, inscriptions, decorations, stickers, etc.
57. The camper can be used for driving instruction.
58. Tow other vehicles with the camper.
59. Transport goods by motorhome.
60. To transport bicycles, surfboards, skis and other (large) objects in the living area that can damage the interior.
61. Fines. All parking fines, fines, traffic violations or tolls that occur during your booking should be paid by you immediately if possible. If an administrative or private or public entity contacts us to arrange your tolls and fines, you will be charged the fine/toll value plus an administrative fee of €25 for Go Spain Campers to legally make the payment on your behalf. This is without prejudice to the obligation to reimburse Go Spain Campers for the total amount paid.
62. The total amount will be charged to you and must be paid within 5 working days.
63. Application law. The parties agree that these standard provisions used by Camper rental Go Spain will be interpreted under Dutch law and will be subject to them. These general rental conditions for motorhomes are part of all quotations and rental conditions.
